Canadians stranded in the Gaza Strip may have to wait a little longer before leaving.
According to information, the General Authority for Crossings and Borders has not updated its daily list of approved foreign passport holders authorized to leave Gaza and enter Egypt.
The Canadian government revealed that as of Wednesday afternoon, it was in touch with 386 people that were still in Gaza.
Global Affairs Canada stated that 367 Canadians, permanent residents and their relatives have so far been able to escape through the Rafah border crossing.
