Following the creation of the star-studded #HesGotTheWholeWorldChallenge to increase the awareness of COVID-19, Tyler Perry used some of his money to help the staff of one restaurant in Atlanta.
The movie icon left a $500 tip for each of the 42 servers employed at the West Paces location of Houston’s while he was picking up an order.
The $21K tip serves as a kind of palliative for the members of staff of the restaurant who may have to still wait for up to twenty weeks to receive $1,200 (and $500 per child) aid from the government.
Tyler Perry is renowned for his charitable acts and he currently employs no fewer than 400 people at his 330-acre studio in Atlanta that he bought in 2015.
