Toronto police have revealed that a 20-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder after his mother’s corpse was found dismembered in a plastic bag.
In a press release, Police said that Dallas Ly would soon appear in court at Old City Hall after he was arrested for the alleged murder of his mother, Tien Ly, 46.
Tien Ly’s body was found in east-end Toronto recently.
Police said there were clear signs of trauma to the body, which include dismemberment.
Police requested the assistance of the public after the victim’s son went missing and said they were concerned about his well-being.
The release reveals the investigation later found out that Dallas Ly was allegedly responsible for the death of his mother.
