According to the Police, three people are currently undergoing treatment after falling through the ice on Lake Ontario near the Toronto Islands.
While talking about the incident, Const. Laura Brabant said officers got to the location at around 8:30 am yesterday with reports of people in the water yelling for help. Police, fire officials, and paramedics were all present at the scene.
Reports have it that they found three adults all conscious and breathing. Officers revealed that two people were skating and fell through the ice. A third person tried to help and fell through as well.
