According to the police, a snow-clearing vehicle struck and killed a teenager in Laval, Quebec.
Erika Landry, a Laval police spokesperson, disclosed that the teenager was walking through a parking lot close to the intersection of Le Corbusier and Souvenir Boulevards around 9 p.m.
Landry said a front-end loader clearing snow hit the teenager and he died at the scene.
She said police are investigating the incident and it is too early to say what happened.
She said: “For the moment, it is still an investigation. This information will come out either from meetings with witnesses, surveillance video, meeting the driver.”
