Cora Jakes Coleman, daughter of famous American preacher Bishop T.D. Jakes is completely proud of her Igbo-Nigerian heritage while trying to know more about its culture and traditions.
It should be recalled that in 2018, her father traced his origin to Igboland and has been displaying the Igbo culture since then.
While sharing a photo of herself in African prints, she said in a recent Instagram post that her Nigerian name is Olachi Adanna.
She said: “Allow me to introduce myself to the new boos. I am a Nigerian American by way of my father @bishopjakes we are of the Igbo tribe. My Nigerian name is Olachi Adanna, and I love learning about my culture, the music, food, and where my blood originates from in general.
“I am a children’s pastor, so I am fun and love to make people laugh. I’m a wife, mom of two beautiful chosen children through adoption. I’m the author of two best-selling books Ferocious Warrior and Faithing It. I’m also an Optavia certified health coach and motivator for fitness and health. I’m a celebrity spiritual advisor. While talking about the maker of her dress, she credited her stylist @sibu_mcneal eal who is also from African and said: “She took this fabric and literally wrapped me into this dress!! I love it!!”
