Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin, has revealed that Russian scientists were close to producing vaccines for cancer that could soon be available to patients.
While making this revelation during televised remarks, Putin expressed optimism and said: “We have reached a significant milestone in the development of cancer vaccines and next-generation immunomodulatory drugs.”
He further stated that advancements would transit swiftly into effective methods of individualized therapy.
Putin however did not specify the types of cancer the proposed vaccines would target, nor how.
