The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has begun distribution of sensitive election materials directly to Registration Area Centers (RACs) in the eight local government areas.
The exercise began with southern Ijaw Local Government Area as the first call.
The Resident commissioner also told news men that the commission is ready for the election day.
