The case of Peter Obi and Labour Party vs INEC, APC, Tinubu and Shettima has now been adjourned to Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 2 pm prompt. The adjournment was made after a brief pre-hearing trial at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
During the pre-hearing trial, the Labour Party adopted all the answers to the question on the pre-hearing Information Sheet (FORM TF 008).
The other parties (INEC, TINUBU, Shettima, and APC) are expected to do the same via their counsels.
