With the ban of okada and keke riders, a keke rider in Lagos converted his Keke To A Rover To Carry Passengers within the Lagos metropolis.
With a well abreasted knowledge of being caught by the security agents if caught riding a keke napep, so he converted it to a rover.
When asked the reason for this initiative; he was quoted to have said “You know a family man need to take money home for the family to eat and now they have ban Keke napep totally. I need to use his brain”
