Nigerian businessman, Obi Iyiegbu, famously known as Obi Cubana has revealed that 2022 is the year he showcases what he does for a living.
In a recent post on his page, he revealed that he founded his first club in Abuja in 2006.
He said: “Established 13th October 2006, 16 years and still standing. If you never come here that year for Abuja, you never start. This year: showcasing what we do for a living.”
Obi Cubana had been questioned by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency over suspicious payments into his bank account by three convicted drug dealers from Nigeria, India and Malaysia.
Also, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission invited the businessman last year to answer questions about the sources of his wealth.
After hours of questioning, NDLEA granted him bail. He’s expected to go back at a later date.
