The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was recently arraigned before a Federal High Court in Abuja on a seven-count terrorism charge.

During the court session, Kanu pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to him.
Justice Binta Nyako consequently adjourned the case to November 10.
Kanu’s re-arraignment happened on a day the Department of State Services (DSS) adamantly refused to allow any journalist inside the courtroom.
