Shola Agboola, a prominent Canadian Politician and member of Conservative Party of Canada’s Leadership Election Organizing Committee (LEOC), was recently honored by Nigerian Professionals in Manitoba (NPIM) by presenting him the Top Ten Nigerian Professionals in Manitoba award.
The award celebrates leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals who consistently model the principles of community, collaboration and cooperation.
While talking after receiving the award, he said: I’m honored to be recognized by the Nigerian Professionals in Manitoba for my role in political engagement in the community.
“My belief is that to make a change, we must be involved and to contribute to the progress of our society, we must participate. We can’t change anything if we are not part of the process for that change.”
