Dr. Abraham Waya has been awarded the 2021 Roger Deveau Part-Time Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching by Boston University Metropolitan College.
Dr Waya is a Nigerian-born pastor of the United Methodist Church that has been a part-time faculty of the University for 16 years.
Also, Dr. Waya is a defence analyst that obtained his PhD from the Russian Academy of Sciences.
During the citation it was stated that Dr. Waya transforms the classroom with his wealth of global experience and compassion.
While responding, Dr. Waya talked about the importance of dreaming big and trying to use what you have learned to create a different world.
