The top-notch qualities of Nigerian graduates and professionals working under the Technical Aids Corps programme has been once again recognised as a Nigerian, Dr. Laoluwa Adejayan, has been appointed the head of the Covid-19 Task Force in Sierra Leone.
While announcing Adejayan’s appointment, authorities in Sierra Leone revealed he had been tested and proven as the best foreign medical practitioner Sierra Leone has witnessed in recent years.
Following his appointment, the government of Sierra Leone increased his salary by 100 percent to $20,000 per month.
Dr. Laoluwa Adejayan graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso and served as a Youth Corp in Bayelsa State. He started working with Technical Aids Corps scheme in 2012.
