Megabus, the North American Discount Bus operator, hopes to bridge the gap created by the exit of Greyhound Canada.
In partnership with St. Thomas’ based Badder Bus Lines, the service companies plan to provide twice daily runs between London and Toronto.
The service will use the Flying J truck-stop on Highbury Avenue, south of the 401 as its terminal in London.
Buses will move from London at 6:30 a.m. and 12:05 p.m, and return from Toronto at 10:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The service will commence on Thursday with socially distanced seating and upgraded cleaning.
