The text is a scam as Netflix reveals it will never request customers to fill their information in a text or email (including credit or debit card numbers, bank account details, and passwords).
Also, the streaming service says it will never ask customers to make payment through a third-party vendor or website.
Netflix said: “Scammers can’t get information from you unless you give it to them. So don’t click any links in the messages or reply to them.”
