Maegan Hall: Cops Fired For Allegedly Having Wild Sexual Conduct Involving Female Officer

Five police officers were fired and three others got suspended from a Tennessee police station after allegedly having wild sexual conduct involving a married female police officer. The female officer in question reportedly had alleged affairs with other male officers, even while on duty.

Those who were suspended are patrol officer Maegan Hall, patrol officer Juan Lugo-Perez, Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan, and Sgt. Lewis Powell and detective Seneca Shields. Those suspended were Patrol and K-9 Officer Larry Holladay, Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco, and Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl.

An internal investigation, as per WTVF, revealed that Hall “engaged in a sexual relationship” with Magliocco, Powell, Holladay, Lugo, McGowan, and Shields, which was not reported to the leadership. She also reportedly “engaged in a similar relationship” with McGowan and Shields “while on duty and inside the city-owned property.”

As per reports and internal investigations, Hall allegedly bragged about the size of one partner’s genitals and claimed to be in an “open marriage”. Her sexual escapades included sending raunchy images, taking her shirt off at a ‘Girls Gone Wild’ hot tub party, and even having oral sex with two officers.

The investigation followed a tip-off to La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole that mentioned Hall was sleeping with numerous other policemen. Hall was also having a ‘threesome thing’ with Magliocco and his wife, among other allegations.

Hall, Magliocco, and Powell are all married while Maglicocoo’s wife has also been identified in the report. According to an interview with Magliocco, Powell ended his involvement with Hall to hide their sexual activity from his wife, the report mentioned.

Lugo, Powell, and Shields were also dismissed for violating police procedure and lying during the investigation, along with McGowan — who had been witnessed choking an HR employee.

Hall initially denied having sexual relationships with Powell and Magliocco and accepted the affair. She also admitted to having sex with Lugo at a motel after they met at a Go Cart center.

Under questioning, Shields said, “I have never had sex with Maegan Hall,” until admitting she had performed oral sex on him while on duty, when pressed, the enquiry found, as per the report. Magliocco also said he was worried about Hall’s mental health, heavy drinking, and driving.

HR Director Andrew Patton, the author of the investigation conducted, sanctioned the eight officers for various penalties for “sexual activity while on duty, sexual harassment, conduct unbecoming of an officer, and lying during the course of the investigation.”
