Nigerian midfielder, Ethan Nwaneri, has made history by breaking a Premier League record when he made his first appearance in the English topflight.
The game was played recently and Nwaneri became the youngest player to ever play in the Premier League.
Nwaneri played for a few minutes when he came on as a substitute for Fabio Vieira in stoppage time at Brentford Community Stadium.

At 15 years and 181 days, Nwaneri beat the record set by Liverpool midfielder, Harvey Elliott.
Recall that Harvey Elliott was 16 years and 30 days old when he made his debut for Fulham in 2019.
Nwaneri has played many matches for Arsenal’s Under-18 team and played for England’s Under-16 at the age of 14.
