The popular Nollywood actress Funke Akindele who was nominated earlier in July 2022 as the Lagos PDP deputy governorship candidate was spotted in a Celestial Church. She was dancing in a CCC (Celestial Church of Christ) until she went into trance.
According to reports, she has been attending CCC since her secondary school days though she was not consistent then. She was taken there when she fainted in her school was healed in the same church.
She affirms by saying that she was born into celestial church and that she as a ‘lost sheep’ has finally made her way back.
‘Enough is Enough’ the actress said she has decided to reveal herself to the world as a dedicated member.
The actress who got seperated from her husband not too long ago celebrated her 45th birthday recently.
After her birthday, Akindele, a mother of twin boys, did her thanksgiving in two parishes of CCC in Lagos.
It was further revealed that the celestial church has been her family church with her sibling and mum in attendance to date.
