Mary Trump’s new book on Donald Trump sold nearly a million copies on the first day it went on sale in the U.S., its publisher has said.
Mary Trump’s book titled “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man” is labeled as the number one unflattering portrayal of Donald Trump by a family insider.
Mary, a psychologist whose father happens to be Trump’s oldest brother accuses the President of being too proud and ignorant. She also disclosed that the United States President is a narcissist.
The 950,000 copies sold on the first day included pre-orders, audio and digital versions. Also the Publisher, Simon & Schuster publishing house said the number of books sold “is a company record” for the outfit.
However, the White House has classified the book as a “book of falsehoods”..
Donald Trump’s younger brother, Robert Trump approached a United States court to try to block the book’s publication, arguing that Mary was contravening a non-disclosure agreement signed in 2001 after the settlement of her grandfather’s estate.
Simon & Schuster has ordered that more copies of the book be printed. That will bring the copies of the booj to 1.15 million in the American market alone. Also, the book tops Amazon’s sales charts in Canada and Australia.
