Former President of the United States, Donald Trump, has revealed that he has no plans to rejoin Twitter even if the platform reactivates his account following Elon Musk’s agreement to buy the social media platform for $44 billion.
While talking to Fox News, Trump said that he would instead focus on his own platform, Truth Social.
He said: “I am not going on Twitter. I am going to stay on Truth.
“I hope Elon buys Twitter because he’ll make improvements to it and he is a good man, but I am going to be staying on Truth.”
While talking about Truth Social, the former President said that the platform “will be a voice for me” and added that “that’s something nobody else can get.”
He said: “We’re taking in millions of people, and what we’re finding is that the response on TRUTH is much better than being on Twitter.”
