Kate Henshaw, Nollywood actress, took to her twitter page yesterday to mock the chief whip of Kano State House of Assembly, Hon. Ayuba Labaran Durum, after photos of his car’ number plate of which reads ‘Chip Whip’ surfaced on the internet.
In her tweet yesterday, she stated that such blunder is gotten when one fails to pay attention to quality education.
