According to report, Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti has pleaded with the club’s president Florentino Perez to sign Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and AC Milan sensation, Rafael Leao in January.
Ancelotti wants to bolster his attack since his return to the Bernabeu last year having failed to secure Kylian Mbappe this summer.
Current injury woes of main striker, Karim Benzema has now left Ancelotti with no option than to make Osimhen and Leao priority signings in the winter window, according to Spanish news outlet Sport.
The Nigerian striker has been on top form for Napoli. He has scored nine goals in 13 games in all competitions to catapult his club to the top of Serie A, where they are currently on a 14-game unbeaten streak.
Leao has emerged as one of Europe’s hottest properties at AC Milan and is wanted by Europe’s elite clubs, with Chelsea and Manchester City ready to fight for the Portuguese star.
Leao was named Serie A MVP last season and has continued to progress this season as he has scored six goals and added a further nine assists in 17 appearances across both the Serie A and Champions League.
While Leao has been lighting up the Serie A with AC Milan, Ancelotti is also interested in making a double transfer for Osimhen.
