The Head Coach of Canada Women’s National Soccer Team, Bev Priestman has expressed her frustration despite her side’s win over Super Falcons of Nigeria in the recent friendly match in Vancouver.

The Olympic champions controlled the match but squandered many chances during the game.
During the first half, Desiree Scott had two goal attempts but missed the chances.
Jesse Fleming scored the first goal five minutes into the second half after a pass from Deanne Rose.
Vanessa Gilles scored the second goal with a powerful header in the 72nd minute.

After the match, Priestman said: “We’re a bit frustrated because we felt we could have had more goals. But the moments with Steph & Christine were incredible. Now we’re looking forward to heading to Victoria.”
The second leg of the encounter will take place on Tuesday.
