The trial of embattled Nollywood actor, Omiyinka Olanrewaju, also known as Baba Ijesha, for the alleged sexual assault of Princess’s foster daughter has commenced.
The 48-year-old actor is facing trial on a six-count charge which borders on sexual assault by penetration, indecent treatment of a child, and sexual assault, indecent treatment of a child, sexual assault and attempted sexual assault by penetration.
Baba Ijesha was first arraigned in court last and he was denied bail by the court.
He arrived at the court at about 9:30 am with his friends.
Also, Comedian Princess and Iyabo Ojo were in attendance at the court.
