Famous Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh, is dead.
The actress, popular for her role as Emu in Africa Magic’s family drama, The Johnsons, died recently.
While confirming her death to The PUNCH , the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, said: “We lost Ada. No details at the moment, but we’ve lost Ada.
Unconfirmed social media reports claimed that she died at a hospital in Delta State.
Before 2020, Ada lost six of her siblings (3 sisters and 3 brothers) to death. On October 20, 2020, she lost her only child, a beautiful daughter that she gave birth to at the age of fourteen. She lost another sister in March 2022.
A few weeks ago, the famous actress talked about her mental health challenges.
She said: “Everything is going to be fine. I have an issue right now, and it’s taking my life. I will not die. We will get over it.”
