The European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) has reported a magnitude 6.6 earthquake in the Kermadec Islands region of New Zealand.
According to the EMSC, the quake happened at a depth of 183 km (113.71 miles).
According to the US Tsunami Warning System, no tsunami warning has been issued following the quake.
