According to Toronto fire, a recent flashover explosion inside a hydro vault has left two workers hospitalized and left around 500 customers in the area without power.
While talking about the incident, Toronto Fire says that crews were called at about 12:55 a.m. to a hydro vault in the Lake Shore Boulevard and Don Roadway area, where light smoke and haze were seen coming from the vault.

Two adult male workers sustained injury there and were taken to hospital.
Paramedics say that one of the workers had serious non life-threatening injuries, while the other sustained minor injuries.
The explosion has triggered power outage which affects between 500 to 1,000 customers in the Front and Jarvis Street area, as well as residents of the Don Roadway area.
