The sketch of a little girl whose body was seen in a dumpster outside of a construction site in Toronto in April has been released by the police.
During a press release, officers of Toronto police were called to the Castle Frank Road and Dale Avenue area after human remains were discovered in a dumpster that was used at a construction site of a vacant home.
Police revealed a post-mortem examination was carried out and it was discovered that the girl was between the ages of four and seven.

Police described her as Black, of African or mixed-African descent.
According to the Police, she is three-foot-six-inches tall with a thin build and possesses black curly hair that was split into four short ponytails. Two of the ponytails were braided with black and blue elastics.
Police said investigators feel her remains were dumped in the area sometime between April 28 at noon, and May 2 at 4:45 p.m.
The release read: “However, she may have been deceased as early as the summer or fall of 2021, or earlier.”
While speaking at a recent press conference, Toronto Police Insp. Hank Idsinga disclosed that officers received 58 missing children reports across Canada for investigative consideration.
Idsinga said: “We have contacted the lead investigator of every single one of those cases to collect further information. Several children identified on this list were reported to be in other countries involved in a parental abduction or custody dispute.”
Idsinga revealed police services covering the cases have been in “constant contact with the Canada Border Services Agency and Interpol.”
Meanwhile, Idsinga said police do not believe any of those children have come back to Canada.
Idsinga revealed further that investigators discovered no evidence to connect the girl to any of the 58 missing children cases.
Idsinga said police feel it is “unlikely” that the child was ever reported missing.

Idsinga said that investigators “can’t exclude the possibility” that the little girl has been reported missing somewhere overseas and added that the investigation is still ongoing.
The cause of her death remains unknown.
According to Idsinga, investigators are still waiting for some results which may offer a clue to how the girl died.
He said investigators still await results from the forensic entomologist and the toxicology report.
Idsinga said what caused the girl’s death “may remain undetermined for quite some time.”
Police revealed images of two items of the girl’s clothing were earlier released with the hope that someone may recognize them and help fish out the victim.
Idsinga also said police have followed up on many tips generated after the photos of the articles of clothing were released by the officers.
He said: “If you have any further information, no matter how small, please call us immediately.”
Idsinga made it known that school boards in the city are also “doing their diligent work” to find out if any students who may match the description of the victim were missing.
Idsinga however said that the girl may have been too young to have been enrolled in the school.
In the latest development, officers have identified a vehicle investigators are trying to locate.
Police are currently searching for a 2011 to 2014 dark coloured Porsche Cayenne SUV.
According to Idsinga, the vehicle was captured on video “stopping on Dale Avenue in the area of the dumpster on Thursday, April 28 2022 at 10:26 p.m.”
He said: “It stops there for 21 seconds. We have been able to track the vehicle to and from the area.”
Anyone with information should contact the police or Crime Stoppers.
