Mounties in central Manitoba have revealed that the body of a one-year-old boy has been discovered along the shores of Lake Winnipeg and it’s believed the boy drowned.
Berens River RCMP said it happened recently.
According to them, the boy left his home and family members started searching for him.
Police say he was discovered outdoors in the water.
RCMP revealed the boy’s family members performed first aid on him before bringing him to the nursing station, where he was confirmed dead.
Berens River RCMP say they won’t stop their investigation.
