The Royal family of Britain has reacted to the shocking interview given by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when Oprah Winfrey interviewed them.
It should be recalled that during the interview which aired recently, the couple alleged that there was racism within the palace and that they got no support from the royal family over issues relating to mental health and media intrusion.
The Royal family has responded to the allegations from the palace via a statement issued on behalf of Queen Elizabeth.
The statement reads: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.
“The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.
“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”
