The Federal Government has ordered civil servants who have been indoors since March to resume work on Monday, October 19.
The Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha; and the National Coordinator, Sanni Aliyu, announced this at a recent press briefing of the task force.
Civil servants of Salary Grade Level 12 and above and those on essential duties have been going to work since the advent of COVID-19.
The PTF has ordered that civil servants below Salary Grade Level 12 can now resume work. Also, it directed Ministries, Departments, and Agencies to make sure that they alternate the days the civil servants will be in office in a bid to ensure social distancing.
