Bayern Munich has announced the signing of Cameroonian striker, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.
The striker joined Bayern after being released by PSG as a free agent.
In spite of his winning goal for French side Paris Saint-Germain in their Champions League quarterfinal match against Atalanta, his contract was not renewed by PSG at the end of last season.
The 31-year-old striker has signed a contract with the Bundesliga champions til June 2021. Choupo-Moting is not a stranger to Bundesliga as he had played in Hamburg, Nurnberg and Schalke.
After signing his contract, Choupo-Moting said: “It’s a great feeling coming back to the Bundesliga — and then to the biggest club in Germany.”
