History was made recently when the managements of Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Wale Adenuga Productions (WAP) met and signed a MoU that formally marks the start of a partnership aimed at bringing back the iconic The Village Headmaster to television.
The historic event happened at the NTA Headquarters in Abuja with several top management staff of NTA like the Director General – Mallam Yakubu Ibn Mohammed, Executive Director, Marketing – Mallam Salihu A. Dembos, Executive Director, Production – Mr. Wole Coker, Director Marketing – Mallam Umar Abubakar Dembo, Secretary Legal Adviser – Barrister Theresa Nwanneri, and Head, Corporate Affairs – Mrs Mabel Moses in attendance.
