Super Eagles of Nigeria have moved up from 31st position to 29th position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Rankings.
Nigeria pulled 1,493 points in the latest rankings released by the FIFA recently and the country currently ranks third in Africa while Tunisia ranks 26th and 2nd in Africa while Senegal ranks 20th in the world and ranks first in Africa.
Other countries in Africa’s top 10 category are Algeria (35th), Morocco (43rd), Ghana (46th), Egypt (51st), Cameroon (53rd), Mali (56th) and DR Congo (57th).
Belgium still maintains its number one position in the world FIFA ranking while France, Brazil and England rank second, third and fourth respectively.
Portugal, Uruguay, Spain, Croatia, Argentina, and Colombia are the other countries in the top 10 category.
