After a successful participation in the just concluded 74th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), President Muhammadu Buhari has departed New York for Abuja.
Confirming this via a twitter feed , the special assistant to the president on New Mdeia Mr Bashir Ahmaad stated that President Buhari departed New York for Nigeria via the JFK Airport at about 11am local time.
His Twwet read:
“After his successful participation in the 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly #UNGA, President @MBuhari has left New York for Abuja,”
Recall, President Buhari arrived in New York on September 23.
He was 5th on the list of presidents to address the Assembly.
