A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to share photos of a “garden” he stumbled upon at a hospital where his son was born in last week.
However the underlying story of the photos he shared was Patience Jonathan allegedly being a huge donor to the Canadian hospital.

Saw this at the hospital in Toronto where my son was born last week. Patience Jonathan has a “garden” put up in her honour. Checked and found that to get that kind of recognition here, one must be a huge donor (if you know what I mean).
