In continuation of his fervent mission to save one billion souls for Christ, the founder of Pentium Ministries, Apostle Ausbeth Ajagu recently held two ‘Dinner with the King’ crusades in Canada and in the vibrant city of Lagos, Nigeria.
The fervor and passion that emanated from the events which were held first in Canada on 20th October and then in Lagos, Nigeria on November 10th, echoed through the hearts of attendees, as the renowned Apostle, known for his powerful and dynamic sermons left an indelible mark on the spiritual landscape of the metropolis.
In post events interview with Stanley Ugagbe of The Nigerian Canadian Newspaper, Canada, Apostle Ausbeth Ajagu shared insight on the crusades.
NCNC: Thank you for finding time to have this interview with us. You’re quite an accomplished cleric with so many awards to your name. Can you share with us how you were called into ministry?
Apostle Ausbeth: Thanks for your compliments. I’m eternally grateful to God for all the numerous awards worldwide. But the highest award I’ve received in my life is the award of being called to work in God’s Vineyard.
Pentium Ministries is a non-denominational ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ whose core areas include wholistic healing, teaching the undiluted word of God, and counseling. So far, God has through his mightiness used me to perform diverse miracles worldwide, and by God’s grace these are verifiable. It’s all about Jesus!
I was called about 4 years ago. About the call to service by God, I would say that everyone has been called by God to do his work according to Mark 16:15. He admonished everyone to go into the world and propagate his word to all creation.
Specifically, I was called by God about 4 years ago, though I vehemently refused until he humbled me. The climax was when I slept for some days. I remember approaching a gate in my sleep, I saw a man with a very long white beard but didn’t see his face, whom I had a personal encounter with and I immediately woke up.
All this while He kept on telling me that, I have an assignment in his Vineyard. Until the pressure became unbearable I gave in and I thank God that I took that decision. Now I know better if one can live life afresh, I will give my life to Christ from day 1 because He is the way, the truth and the life.
NCNC: You recently held your events, Dinner with the King crusades. How would you describe the events? What were the significant things you could point to and say they were better than that of last year?
Apostle Ausbeth: Dinner with the King crusade happens to be one of our major means to harvest the 1 billion souls for Jesus. The event was a huge success as usual. The sick were healed, the downtrodden were given hope and were led to Christ. We were divinely directed to provide people with food and drinks to eat while administering the undiluted word of God and Holistic Healing to them. We recall that our Lord Jesus Christ ministry was centered on harvesting souls through healing and liberation.
NCNC: You tagged the crusade “Jesus Saves”. How many souls were saved and what are the measures you put in place to ensure that the souls abide?
Apostle Ausbeth: We are not necessarily a church but a ministry that has one major goal, winning 1 billion souls for Jesus. We are not meant to count. The Holy Spirit counts. As you are aware, only Jesus can save and thus we are pointing everyone to Him. He does not only save, he will provide you with his strength and peace. In addition to that, he will guarantee you security, mercy, grace and Heaven at last.
As per measures put in place to ensure that all converts remain in Christ Jesus, Include the following: reaching out to them on regular basis, sending them daily words of God on regular basis, encouraging them to attend our Saturday services via zoom or in person Service.
NCNC: According to an e-flier on your Facebook platform, the crusade was billed to feature Salvation, deliverance, healing and breakthrough. Are there testimonies to this end? Were your personal expectations met?
Apostle Ausbeth: There were so many testimonies, especially post-events. To the glory of God as we look forward to hosting many more crusades across the world next year.
NCNC: What were some of the challenges you encountered in the course of planning and holding the crusade? How did you surmount the challenges?
Apostle Ausbeth: Our greatest challenge was finance, as we had planned on hosting more people. All the same, we give glory to God for the outcome.
NCNC: What inspired you to initiate the Dinner with the King crusade and for how long has it been running? How would you measure the impact?
Apostle Ausbeth: When you’re in the Lord, you become a slave and servant to Him such that your decisions are not yours anymore. The crusades have been running for about four years now.
NCNC: For how long do you hope to sustain the initiative and what should people expect in the coming year?
Apostle Ausbeth: So far we’ve organized 5 crusades and they all witnessed the power of God. Next year we intend to host a minimum of 5 crusades in Jamaica, Nigeria, USA, India, Dubai and as God directs. So I call on good-spirited partners to partner with us towards the One billion souls harvest and it will be well with them In Jesus name.
