In a shocking twist of events, Auto Bola, a Canada-based Nigerian blogger, has spoken against popular Yoruba actor, Olusegun Akinremi, also known as Chief Kanran.
The actor recently tried to seek financial assistance online, generating concerns among internet users. This is not the first time Chief Kanran will seek the support of well-wishers.
In 2020, Kemi Filani’s report highlighted his plea for help, as he encountered financial struggles after losing his house in a fire incident that occurred in 2017.
Chief Kanran’s plea for a house touched the hearts of many Nigerians, as he openly talked about his hardships during an interview with Yoruba radio talk show host, Kola Olootu.

Auto Bola has however expressed doubt over the actor’s recent appeal for financial aid. She stated that it had barely been three years since people generously donated money and gave him fashionable outfits.
She raised questions about the authenticity of Chief Kanran’s living conditions and suggested that the bedroom he displayed looked more like a dungeon.
Auto Bola called for transparency and honesty but reminded him he had no disabilities and yet claimed to have children.
