5 fruits that make women enjoy sex and have a sweet-smelling lady bit, By Stanley Ugagbe

Some people are of the school of thought that the vagina is the most important part of a woman’s body. In view of this, it is always recommended that women must take proper care of the organ. This is especially so because if it is not properly cared for, even the person that harbors the organ may not be able to bear the offensive smell that may ooze from it.

Experts have posited that whatever a woman puts in her body affects her vagina. So, women are usually undeterred to be mindful of what they allow into their body.

In this piece, we will attempt to underscore some fruits that women need to eat to have a healthy, sweet-smelling vagina.

1.  Avocado

An avocado is a bright green fruit with a large pit and dark leathery skin. They’re also known as alligator pears or butter fruit. Avocados are a favorite of the produce section. They’re the go-to ingredient for guacamole dips. And they’re turning up in everything from salads and wraps to smoothies and even brownies.

According to experts, avocado increases libido, strengthens vaginal walls, raises estrogen and lubricant levels, and it has even been shown to make your IVF a success.

2.   Peaches

The peach also known as Prunus persica is a deciduous tree first domesticated and cultivated in Zhejiang province of Estern China. It bears edible juicy fruits with various characteristics, most called peaches and others (the glossy-skinned, non-fuzzy varieties), nectarines.

Experts said Vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps shield your organs from oxidative stress and infections, is abundant in peaches.

3.   Pineapple

Pineapple also known as Ananas comosus is an incredibly delicious, healthy tropical fruit. It’s packed with nutrients, antioxidants, and other helpful compounds, such as enzymes that can protect against inflammation and disease. It’s commonly eaten baked, grilled, or freshly cut.

It is said that in addition to having healing, immune-boosting, and anti-inflammatory effects, pineapple also contains 85% and 89 per cent water. So, it prevents infections, increases the mucus in your vagina and helps it smell nice.

4.   Carrots

The carrot is a root vegetable, typically orange in color, though purple, black, red, white, and yellow cultivars exist, all of which are domesticated forms of the wild carrot, Daucus carota, native to Europe and Southwestern Asia.

Records have it that carrots contain the flavonoid lutein, which has anti-cancer properties. This can reduce the risk of ovarian cancer by about 34% when eaten.

In addition, Pomegranates, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, apples and goji berries have significant levels of antioxidants, which are beneficial for enhancing blood flow, maintaining the healthy cells, and lowering oxidative stress which affects fertility. It is also believed that citrus fruits prevents uterine fibroids.

As a woman, the vagina is arguably one of your most important weapons. You need to nurture it properly.
