According to a report of a recent study conducted by Bounce, a luggage storage network, Niagara Falls is the “most loved” landmark in the world, edging out the likes of Taj Mahal, the Grand Canyon, the Statue of Liberty and the Golden Gate Bridge.
The study analyzed factors that determine popular landmarks across the globe, including number of annual visitors, admission fees, Tripadvisor ratings, and Instagram posts.
Niagara Falls scored an incredible 9.22 over 10, a great margin above second-place finisher Taj Mahal, which scored 7.67 over 10.
It should be known that visiting Niagara Falls is free, 11.7 million tourists visit it every year, it records 18 million Google searches a year and gets around 3.5 million Instagram posts annually.

Apart from the Falls, there are many other attractions in the area, like the famous Clifton Hill, food and tourist attractions.
Also, the new underground tunnel at the Niagara Parks Power Station that allows people to walk out to a spectacular view of the falls at ground level generates a lot of attention.
Furthermore, many restaurants in Niagara Falls are ranked among the best Canada can offer.
