As part of his effort to ensure no child sleeps with an empty stomach in Nigeria and Canada, Honourable Sunday Adebamiro, a prominent member of the ruling of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ijebu East Local Government and Pastor in Canada had registered an initiative to provide food for the less privileged in Canada and Nigeria with priority to Nigeria.
This project aims to boost the initiative as promised by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu that he would make sure the production of food like Corn, Rice and Cassava are available to Nigerians at cheaper prices.
Hon. Adebamiro, a former house of assembly aspirant has enlisted the services of notable Citizens in both countries for this project.
Also, the APC chieftain hopes to launch this initiative in Ogun state first before extending it to all the states in Nigeria.
He praised the Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun for his school lunch program which had made it possible for the school children to guarantee at least one balanced meal in a day during the school period in the state.
He hopes this initiative will eradicate hunger within a decade in Nigeria.
