Nigeria’s Biggest Economic Summit since independence to hold in the UK

The biggest economy in Africa is preparing for a global impact through economic re-engineering as uncertainty in the global business community continues. The Nigerian Global Economic Summit is anticipated to be the largest gathering of business executives, industry leaders, policymakers, and government officials in recent memory. It will by far be the biggest economic meeting ever held outside of Nigeria since that country’s independence in 1960. The Summit will serve as a hub for a practical demonstration of the resolve of the country’s men and women in taking advantage of the current state of the world economy for plenty of opportunities within the framework of international collaborations, drawing on the rich network of people both inside and outside the borders of Nigeria.

According to the Group Chairman of the Nigerian Global Economic Group, Prince Afolabi Andu, in a statement made available through the Corporate Global office media team, he noted that the IMF projections on Nigeria’s economic fortunes is not all about gloom and doom, but serves as a much needed “catalyst to rally stakeholders across the globe over two days in September 2022, to discuss extensively on the most practical and effective ways of building on current gains whilst also charting a concise pathway to sustainable economic recovery.”

The Summit will be held on September 29th-30th at the prestigious Hilton Kensington, 179-199 Holland Park Ave, London W11 4UL. It is expected to attract members from the  Austria, the Caribbean, Canada, the Republic of  Ireland, and the  United States and of  course the host  country United  Kingdom. Delegates from Nigeria are also expected to attend this two day Epic event.

The Nigerian Global Business Forum is the organization behind the Nigerian Global Economic Summit. Every other year, a summit on the state of the world’s economies is held in a different part of the world, in keeping with the organization’s strategic goals. This renowned summit’s main objective is to draw influential Nigerians from around the world as well as representatives of the country’s private and public sectors. Over the course of two days, they will interact directly while discussing important topics like investment promotion, nation-building, and economic development strategies.

During the two-day conference, stakeholders will critically assess the health of important economic sectors and explore tactical approaches to proposing remedies on the sectors as the nation gets closer to another round of electioneering in 2023.

Participating companies and government establishments with focus within the 5 critical sectors of agriculture, education, exports, health, infrastructure, real estate, technology and urban development. For further information, visit www.ngesummit.com for registration.
