Famous Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi also known as Tems has featured in the soundtrack for the sequel of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Marvel, a recording company, released the trailer for Wakanda Forever recently and it featured the multi-talented Nigerian singer performing a rendition of Bob Marley’s “No Woman No Cry.”
The teaser specifically commenced with the Afrobeats singer’s rendition of “No Woman, No Cry” before seamlessly transitioning to Kendrick Lamar’s song, Alright.
During a recent chat with Billboard, Tems was asked what song she would remix if the opportunity comes and she responded by saying: “I would choose Bob Marley’s ‘Is This Love, or No Woman No Cry’ because those are one of my favorites.”
