The Federal High Court in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, has ruled that former President Goodluck Jonathan is eligible to contest the 2023 general election.
The judgement was given some minutes ago by the presiding Judge, Justice Isa Dashen.
Also, Dashen ruled that Jonathan’s right to seek another term in office cannot be restricted by any retroactive legislation.
