Officially, the Sussexes are a family of four as Duchess Meghan gave birth to a baby girl recently to mark her second child with Prince Harry. Duke and Duchess of Sussex representatives have released a statement to confirm the arrival of the baby.
The statement read: “It is with great joy that Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, welcome their daughter, Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, to the world.

“Lili was born on Friday, June 4 at11:40 a.m. in the trusted care of the doctors and staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA.”
Also, the Sussexes’ camp revealed that the baby girl weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces. Both Meghan and Lili are “healthy and well, and trying to settle in at home.
The statement added that the Duke and Duchess thank everyone for the warm wishes and prayers as they enjoy this special time as a family.
In the same vein, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan wrote a short message through their Archewell website to confirm their daughter’s arrival.
The message read: “On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe.
“Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family.”
Also, the pair noted that instead of gifts, they urged family, friends, and fans to donate to four charities highly dear to them: Girls Inc., Harvest Home, Myna Mahila Foundation or CAMFED.
The couple first revealed they were expecting their second child on February 14 with a sparkling black and white portrait taht was captured by photographer Misan Harriman and taken in the couple’s backyard in Montecito, California. The news was purposely shared that day in a bid to honor Prince Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana, who revealed her pregnancy with Harry the same day thirty years prior.
