No fewer than twelve people were displaced after a fire gutted the basement of a three-storey house fire in West End, Toronto.
The fire incident near Davenport Road and Old Weston Road was reported by Toronto Fire Services. Crews arrived at the scene to discover that the fire extended throughout the house, including the roof and attic.

Fire Services said it took firefighters around two hours to get the fire under control and the blaze was quenched around 3:30 am. No injuries were reported.
According to the fire crews, the fire damaged the house extensively damage to the house, including the walls and ceiling. Also, some neighbouring units were damaged.
