A not-for-profit organization committed to helping BIPOC IT Professionals achieve career growth and advancement in Canada, NIPCA, in collaboration with the Royal Bank of Canada has held the 2022 eVolve tech summit.
The event, which had tech leaders and professionals from all walks of life, was held at the exquisite Four Points by Sheraton Toronto.
It’s imperative to note that eVolve Summit is an annual conference for professionals in Canada to share their knowledge, learn, and empower one another.
This year’s summit, themed “The Journey” focused on future-readiness for professionals in their respective career paths by driving awareness of evolving technology, and the need to elevate our platforms, methods, and resources to rise to the challenges of the future.

It was presented as a hybrid of in-person & virtual. It was a day to remember with lots of food to eat, professional networking, job opportunities, and reverberating talks from the incredible speakers and panelists.
Remarkably, outstanding Black professionals joined from several locations including Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, St. Johns, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Montreal, Manitoba, British Columbia, and USA. Also, many professionals came from Ontario cities like London, Kitchener, Windsor, Ottawa etc.
