It has been confirmed by the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) that Nollywood iconic actor, Chiwetalu Agu, has been re-arrested by officials of the Department of State Services.
AGN President, Emeka Rollas, revealed this in a recent telephone chat with Punch.

According to Rollas, the actor was nabbed by the secret police shortly after his release by the Nigerian Army.
Rollas said: “The AGN is aware that the DSS has picked up Chiwetalu Agu after the Nigerian Army arrested him.
“We are currently working on securing his release.”
The famous actor was first apprehended at Upper Iweka in Onitsha, Anambra State by the Nigerian Army for putting on an outfit made with the Biafran flag. He was accused of garnering support for the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
